I have an 80.0 GB External Hard Drive and I set permissions for it to by
shared over my network and for users to be able to change its files. The HD
only works on the computer it is connected to. I cannot access the HD from
other computers on the network. I can see it from other computers, but when
I try to open the drive or map the drive, an error message says "Not enough
server storage to process this command." Help. Thank You.

I now have the same problem with a USB 2 drive but not with a firewire
drive. The USB 2 share used to work, Also cannot share indvidual folders
on the drive. NTFS system. XP pro computers. Netgear wireless network.
Norton Anti virus. Haven't found much help in the knowledge base.

Increasing IRPStacks to 25 worked.

I increased the IRPStacks to 25 and then to 50, but nothing happened. I
still cannot access my external hard drive over the network. I can only
access it on the PC it is connected to. The hard drive is on USB 1.1... does
it have to be on 2.0 to access over a network??

Actually, the problem is now fixed. I increased the IRPStacks to 50, and it
worked after I restarted my computer. Let's hope it stays fixed.

I have the same problem. However, I cannot find what an IRPStack is. Nothing comes up in the Help screens to allow me to find out how to adjust. Can someone please tell me the procedure
