Sharing Data Between 2 Databases

Is there a synchronization function to synchonize the data between 2 databases?

Normally once the database is shared the synchronization fuction is taken
care by the MSDE on which the data is avaliable
 
No. I'm looking to synchonize the data between the app on one PC and the app
on another. They may have different data.
