When I started my job, my boss e-mailed me her contacts,
and I seem to be able to use them successfully, one or two
at a time. However, we've not been able to get her
distribution lists to me such that I can use them. Here
are what I believe to be the relevant facts: 1) She e-
mailed the whole contact list to me first. 2)It became my
contact list, but in the folder list, on the left, it's
still in bold with a number in parentheses beside it (same
as the Inbox when it has unread items in it). 3) She e-
mailed the distribution lists to me as attachments to e-
mails. When I open the attachments, they look like
perfectly useable distribution lists, but if I create a
new message (like, say, by clicking New while I'm in the
Inbox), I can't find those lists. 4) I did just realize
that I can create a new message while I have a list open,
but that seems like the long way around.
So I guess my ultimate question is this: Is there a quick
and easy way to share contacts, including distribution
lists, between Outlook users?
Thanks!
