My company has a master contact list that I maintain. I have shared it with 2
employees that sync Outlook with their smart phones. They cannot see this
list on their phone or on their computer in the address book list when they
are sending e-mails. How do I get this list to show up? I tried to go into
the list's properties from their computer, but the "Outlook Address Book" tab
is not available. I also tried changing permissions, but that did not work
either. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Typically, phones' contacts will sync only with the default Contacts folder.
You need sync software that will handle non-default folders.
