Sharing Contacts between more than one profile

This may be obvious (I can't figure it out), but I have a couple of profiles
but I would like the contacts between the two to be shared. Is there an
easy way to do this?

Good question - I should have included that - it is in a PST file but I have
seperate PST files for the different profiles.
 
You can connect to the different pst-files by using File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File.

Then rightclick on the Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook Address
Book and check "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book"
