Sharing contacts and Distribution list

I got a user that has a lot of contact and she has distribution list
with those contact. I want a way to share that information with other
coworkers. When we give access to that contact folder, it's works for
the contact but the distribution list doesn't work, because it's link
to the user contact folder(I think). I move everything to a public
folder, It work fine but the primary user(manager) is not able to
access then with her blackberry. What can I do?

Hi,

Try removing the selection Private, in the bottom right of the
distribution list.
