Sharing contact info

First off, please forgive my ignorance here....this is probably a super
simple question... :)

Under my peoples contacts I have two different contact lists that people
have shared with me. Is there a way that when I enter in one that it will
update the second as well? Entering into one then opening up that buiness
card and dragging it to the other is time consuming.

I have full privledges on both shared lists.

Not "every" new contact I enter will need to be in both - hence the two
seperate lists but sometimes they will need to go into both.

I'm using Outlook 2007 soI'm "sure" there must be a better way.
