Sharing category colours/headings between shared calendars

AH the 3rd

I manage another person's calendar and have set up a colour system in their
calendar on my computer. We are able to synchronizing the calendars, but the
colour schemes only shows on my computer (and not the person in questions
computer/blackberry).
