Is this feature server dependent or client side
How can it be done on Microsoft Ooutlook 2002, or for this i need to use
Outlook 2003.

If your delivery is set to the Exchange mailbox, you can set permissions
using the permissions tab on the properties of your calendar (right
click->properties).

imap doesn't normally support calendar, so you don't need a calendar folder.

you can't share calendars stored in the personal folders -you need to use
the one in the exchange mailbox.

Assuming IMAP access is to mailboxes on the exchange server, you only need
to add the exchange mailbox in outlook. All users who want to share
calendars will need to use the exchange mailbox and not a personal folder.
You can keep the imap account in the profile, although the only people who
really need it are travelers using laptops.

imap doesn't support calendars - the calendar folder is in the local pst
only. You can't share folders using imap.
