sharing calendars usuing net folders in OL2000

I cannot view others contacts folders nor can they view
mine even though we have all accepted. There are Almost
600 contacts in each folder. Could this be the problem
even though the size of the original folder does not
matter. We have no problems sharing calenders except for
one employee who has a lot of information on hers. Any
sugestions/comments would be helpful.

There is an alternative to using NetFolders, which actually works.
Product is WorkgroupShare for Outlook (http://www.workgroupshare.com).
Instead of using e-mail to synchronize the folders, it uses a
client/server approach which is much faster and more reliable.
 
It is; however, too expensive for a home situation. What will work at the
$20 level?
