Sharing Calendars in Vista

I'm trying to share a calendar in Outlook 2007 and I'm following what the
help says but I don't get a "share" option when I right click the calendar.
Where can I find the share option?
 
Go to the calendar screen and look on the left navigation panel for
the category "My Calendars" you should see your calendar checked
under there. Right click on it and choose "Change Sharing
Permissions" from the drop down. It should be the 4th option or so
from the bottom.
 
Change Sharing Permissions is in the Publish to Internet pop out but the
option is grayed out.

How do I get it to activate?
