You may want to check to see if your
client has the "Private" sensitivity setting set.
Tools | Options | Email Options | Advanced Email Options...
If this has been set then anything created with it on will only
show to the actual owner in their own profile.
To remove the setting you would need to:
Open the contact
Uncheck the "Private" box on the bottom right-hand
corner of the contact.
Also, the following is a quote from
Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] on this same subject
if you have the small business contact manager installed:
you'll probably also want to fix the private setting - did you (or do you)
have the small business contact manager installed? it will cause the private
flag to be set. see
http://support.microsoft.com/? kbid=241846
ALSO:
Is this folder pretty big? I've noticed that on too large
files the sharing option is limited on update.
(Still sharable though, just a little PITA to get going)
Use the "Stop Sharing" with the troubled receiving client.
Just right click the receiving clients folder
Select the "Sharing" tab
Hit the "Stop Sharing" button (or something like that)
Then Delete the the folder from the receiving clients
machine.
If there are less than 1200 items, then Share it again.
If there are more than 1200 items...
You'll have to unshare with everyone.
Remove the shared folder from All of them.
Create a new Temp folder and copy all of the items
from the intended shared folder into it.
Verify the count in both folders.
After you verify that both folders are identical, delete
everything in the original folder.
Now, Share the original (blank) folder again with everyone.
Then start moving the items back from the Temp folder
into the original folder in groups of appx 300.
Once you move them back, right click the folder and
select the "Sharing" tab.
Hit the button on the bottom that says "Update Folders Now".
Verify everyone receives the number of items you sent.
And, Do it again moving groups of 300 back into the
original folder, updating, verifying, until you have everyone
back in sync. All will go well after that.
There is a limitation on the updates that prevents large
folders from being shared in whole from the start.

Nope Nothing there works either.
As I said the net folder emails are sent and received ok
BUT they DO NOT populate the calendars.

We are trying to share a calendar with 3 users.
All are set up correctly. All of the members are getting
the #net folder update e-mail BUT nothing shows up in the
calendars.
How do we fix this?
