Hi all

i am using Windows2003, exchange server 2003, outlook
2003. we are sharing all calendars to each other. this
works fine. i know there are two possibilities to open
other users calendar. we are using the way "file" "open
other users Calendar" ....

if i close my outlook and start it again the opened
calendars are still there but unchecked. can anyone out
there help me how i could change this. i need the
calendars still checked.

thank in advance

best regards,
Rene

What do you mean "checked?"

This is normal behavior. Outlook does not retain your multiple-calendar
display settings between sessions. (Send that suggestion to
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed))

if you open a calendar from another person there is a CheckBox where you can check or uncheck the folder in the folder list.

Thank you i will do this. i supposed this is normal behavior, but my customer wants to have it checked by default. so i thought there could be a way to adjust.
