Sharing Calendar

I am sure this posting has been discussed and re-discussed, but I have
been unable to find a specific answer.

I am using Outlook 2002 and we have MS Outlook Exchange. I am able to
view my calendar through the web, and sync with my Palm. All of this
works great.

I would like my assistant to be able to modify (add/delete/change) my
calendar. She uses personal folders in her configuration. Is there
any way she can access my shared calendar (I have given her permission
through my computer)?

She needs to run Outlook with an Exchange account in addition to Personal Folders.
