Sharing Calendar with Others

I am using Outlook 2000. I have shared my Calendar.
The message has been sent to others. But there is no
ACCEPT button to begin sharing the folder.
What is this Net Folders Component? I have installed
Office 2000 Professional with "Run All From My Computer"
option.
Please throw some light on it.
