Sharing calendar w/wife & sync 2 palm pda's?

I am using MS XP Professional with Outlook 2003. My wife and I both utilize
Palm enabled telephone devices that we would like to sync with the same
calendar while maintaining separate contacts, separate emails, etc. Need
advice...
 
Use profiles with Outlook and sync to your own profile.
