Sharing Calendar via Network .pst file?

In our small 6-computer office, using Outlook 2000, we "share" the
calendar this way: The main calendar keeper (me) exports the calendar
to a .pst file on the network drive at the end of each day. Then the
other 5 import the .pst to their Outlook calendars.

(I haven't been at this long.) Is there a better or easier way? Is
there a caveat to this process?

Thanks!

With Outlook 2000, have you tried using - sigh - Net Folders for sharing?
