Sharing calendar problem

I am using outlook under Exchange 2000 Server and I am
sharing my calendar with my secretary, she has a right to
add/delete item on my calendar.

I want to ask if alarm is set for the event on calendar,
could it pop up a reminder on both client (me and my
secretary) if I share the calendar with her?

or any software can do that?

If you have Outlook 2000 there is a good add-in at
http://www.slovaktech.com/extendedreminders.htm. It is very affordable
and I have used it and it has worked well.
