I'm trying to set up an additional computer that uses Outlook as a client on an exchange server. I need to figure out how to find the correct folder (not sure of the name of it) on the server that shares the data and information. Once shared, it would allow the user to view, edit, and delete the calendar, contact, and tasks and those changes would be reflected on the other user's computers. I do have the book "Special Edition Using Microsoft Outlook 2002" but I'm relatively new to this and want to take a step in the right direction. Thanks

That's not the way it works. The Exchange Server service in the Outlook
profile requires two pieces of information -- the server name and the
mailbox name. The easiest way to share information among users is through
folders in the Public Folders hiearchy.
