Sharing applications among users

I have installed Download Accelerator Plus, an application that acts in place
of the Windows download application. It seems to confuse other users on the
machine. Is there a way to set up an application so that it operates only for
selected users and leaves the other users to work from the standard Windows
download application? Many thanks.

Uninstall it and reinstall. During the reinstallation if the program has the
option to install for only the current user, take that. Most programs give
you that option during installation. Your choices are current user or all
users, but not users x, y, z and not user w.
