Sharing address book with other user

I want to send a large number of email addresses in my address book to another user in a way that they can simply import into their own address book without retyping.
 
Is the other person using Outlook, if so then export your Contact folder
into a pst format, if the other person isn't using Outlook then export your
Contact folder as a CSV (Windows) or Excel format. The import/export command
is on the File Menu
