sharing a folder within Outlook

How do you share a folder between two user's within
Outlook 2002? I have given a user delegation rights and
then for the actual folder itself I have opened up the
permission to give the user view rights. However, it does
not show up anywhere for the user. How can you open a
private folder and share the information between two
parties? Thanks
 
File, Open, Open other user's folder...

I don't recall the rest of the menu choices and I'm not
on my office computer where I do this.
Hopefully this will get you started.
