Sharing a 2007 calendar with a 2003 user?

Some in my office use Office 2007 and some use 2003. I want to share a new
2007 calendar with a 2003 user. I set up the new calendar with permissions
for the other users, but they cannot open the calendar. What can fix this?

What happens when they try?
Did you set proper permissions on the mailbox?
