Hi!
Is that possible to organise shares as it was in Windows 98 or Me? Now it
works in that way that if I want to be able to download and upload files
with my friend we must both have an identical user accounts - is that
possible to share files without password? Or is that possible to define
other passwords for other folders?

Identical user accounts should only be necessary if the computer that
owns the shared disks and folders is running XP Professional and
you've disabled "simple file sharing". XP Home Edition has no user
account requirement, and XP Professional doesn't have it by default.

Run the Network Setup Wizard to fully enable file sharing. If you've
defined a password for the Guest account, remove it to allow
un-restricted file sharing.
