Windows XP Sharepoint Services & .hta files

Dear all,

I'm trying to upload .hta file to our Sharepoint Server but get the following error:
Form Validation Error

Please correct the information you provided by following these steps, then submit the information again:

• The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator: Market Data/Reuters/DAD_Viewer.hta

Trawled the net and had a look through IIS settings but can't find anything at the mo. Any suggestions?
