Sharepoint/PowerPoint 2007 Interaction issues?

B

Barb Reinhardt

Hi all,

I've just migrated to PowerPoint 2007 and have lost a presentation I was
working on. The sharepoint library forces a check out and I checked out the
presentation, edited it, checked it back in (or so I thought). I know I had
to enter version information so it was at least trying to check in.

Has anyone seen this type of problem before. I've already checked in the
temp folder and the only doc there was a version of the presentation that
hadn't been updated.

FWIW, I have two colleagues who have seen the same problem.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I've not seen anything like this, but I don't really use Sharepoint.
Regardless, I'd definitely call Microsoft about it -- losing your files is
not cool.

I know of others that have had this problem, but I can't seem to reproduce
it. If I come up with something, I'll post it here.
