Hello,
We have a shrepoint services running and from time to time server allows
user remote accesss (logins) over Internet without asking a password.
As sharepoint services was considered a secure environment, it a very
serious vulnerability for us.
What to do next? Obviosly MS doesn't care as noone doesn't answer from MS to
our problem.
I personally checked the fact today, as I didn't believe it may be true.
Now I have the user laptop on my desk and at first, user access to his
account over Internet was only with password.
But things changed later and now, when I close MSIE and reopen MSIE, no
password is asked for accessing sharepoint services secure site!!!
I checked the SBS 2003 server security events log and there the unsecure
login was listed as secure.
Any good ideas?
John
