SharedDocs is inaccessible

Hello, Between to XP SP2 Pro computers (both are admin users), from
computer A to B there's no problem for accessing sharedDocs folder,
but from B to A it says "sharedDocs inacessible.. Contact with server
owner bla bla like that). And sometimes i get my workgroup name is
said as "inaccessible, there's no such network bla bla..."

I'm sure both computers have the "same" workgroup name. I'm trying to
access via "network connections" - "view workgroup computers".
Computer browser service is running. Netbios is enabled.

What should be the reason(s)?

Update: I was because of SP2's Windows Firewall. but why? I know no
special exception must be set for SharedDocs folder.
