Ive had a look through the post but cant find anything that addresses the
problem of shared calendaring.
Without using the public folder (where you have to add users to see their
schedules) or opening individual calendars (multiple open windows) - is
there some other function/utility/exchange setting, that allows an
administrator to set up a single shared calendar - where everyones
schedules/meetings are displayed?
Something like "team calendar' which is displayed in each users navigation
pane in Outlook, and which displays theirs and the rest of the teams
schedules?
