Shared spreadsheet with macros ref mem error

When opening the spreadsheet, following error pops up. No
known resolution on knowledgebase, anyone shed any light
on this???

"Application error 0x301:0751d referenced mem at 0x00002c -
The memory could not be read"

I have the same problem.

Try to do the following:

Close outlook if you have it open.
Open the task manager and in the process tab see if the
outlok.exe is still open. If the answer is YES stop it.

Open again the EXCEL SHEET and see if it works.

I am still searching for a solution for this problem.

My office is office 2000 WITH ALL THE LAST PATCHES.
