I would like to share my personal (side-by-side) calender with my collagues.
We have outlook 2003 and MS exchange server. Can anybody help me?

I'm not sure what you mean by side-to-side, but you can share the calendar
in your exchange mailbox. Either do it as delegates or by giving people
permission on the calendar folder. look for the delegate tab in tools,
options or right click on the folder and choose properties, permissions to
give them access to your calendar. they'll open it using file, open other
users folder.

What I mean with side-by-side is. If I open a new calender for my personal
time and I want to share that with my secretary, how does that happen. I have
shared my "company" calender with her already but I would like her to know of
my personal appointments also.

Is it in your exchange mailbox or in a pst? If it's in the pst, you can't.
If it's in Exchange, you can share it like you did the other one - but she
needs to open your mailbox in your profile to see it (she'll only see the
folders she has permission to see). She can't use File, open other users...
