Hello,
A friend of mine owns 3 computers with Windows 2000
running. He has a tiny network within his home and the two
of us have been wondering how to properly setup the
printers. The "main" computer has a printer connected to
it, so we have been trying to get them to work. Each time
we want to print something off from a "slave" computer, we
must go into an account on the main computer by entering a
name and password. After a while, this gets very annoying.
Is there anyway to configure the computers so that on a
slave computer, when the "print" key is hit, it prints and
we don't have to manually access the "main" computer
through "My Network Places"? Thank You for your time, I
