if you are referring to allowing all to see your
calendar, you can do this by using NET FOLDERS in Outlook
2000. Any other newer version of outlook does not have
this ability. To install, go to FILE.....SHARING...and
pick calendar...if you need more help, email me. I have
successfully installed and am using this for out=r firm
which consists of 10 people. We are using our internal
mail server but you can use it across the net ( thorugh
email addresses ).
WIth Net folder, you can specify the access each viewer
has ( for instance, reviwing ounlu, make additions to
your calender, etc )

ALso you can have the same type of feature with version
newer than 2000 but you need a third party program and
these cost $$$...Net folders is free ( ou install it from
you office CD...when you go to share, it will ask you for
the cd and install NET FOLDERS)
