Shared key VPN to Cisco vpn access server

Hello there
need to create a demand dial connection to a Cisco VPN access server.
by default Microsoft does not support shared keys for L2TP connection.
tried some stuff and it did'nt work.
anybody have an idea on how to make this work or any published
documentation?
L2TP without certificate (preshared key) ?

i beleive a detailed domumentation would be here also provided by Cisco and
of course pointing a MS document as well.
