shared html worksheet unavailable

When this file was in use by someone, their system
crashed & has locked the file. About the only thing you
can do is rename the file. Then you want to go to Tools,
Share workbook. That way it shouldn't lock up if
someone's pc crashes. At least that's what I've had to do
when I ran into this problem.
