Shared folders

hi

I have a windows 2000 domain. I have a windows 2000 server has my file
server and I have a shared folder with several users one it and all these
users have full control on the folder.

Somebody is deleting some files inside the folder and the subfolders. I am
not sure how to find who deleted the files.
Also, I would like to know if there is a option to push all the deleted
files to goto the recycle bin on the server.

Not without third party application.

You might consider upgrading to Win 2k3 and using shadow copy.
