We have common machine contains two shared folders. Folder10 and Folder20. Folder10 shared only one user "X" and Folder 20 shared only one user "Y". (both folders have administrator permission)

If User 'X' is login he will not view user 'y' shared folder?. Is this possible.

Dread's link shows you how to properly lock down a folder. An admin account should have access in the event of some sort of user profile failure. But provided the users are not indicated in the allowed permission, they can only see the folder when viewed in the folder structure. They will not be allowed to access it based on the permissions granted. Read/Write permissions allow access and change ability. Deny takes precedence over all. This is possible, but then you would have to manage many users to deny and in the end it becomes a pain to manage.

TL;DR: Looks like you should have it set correctly. Check the link to see that you are configuring the users in the right place and permissions.
