Shared Folder Access in workgroup

I set up a workgroup with another computer (Win2K Prof).
I tried to access a shared folder on that computer(B),
but got an error message saying I don't have permission.
Yet from computer B, I can access the shared folder and
shared resources on this computer.

Any suggestions?

Create a user account on Win2K Prof with the same user name and
password that you use to log onto the other computer.
