Shared FAX Console

Hi all,
I have a smal request,
I have Windows Shared Fax installed on a Server and few people use it by printing to the Fax Printer.
Every user can see hie/her Fax jobs in the Fax Console.
What I want to know is how to setup the Fax console so that all users can see all the qeued jobs (outgoing) of other users , What permissions to give , by the way I tryed that but didnt work.
