I need to establish ONE master contacts list that is the default for all user
accounts and which appears under CONTACTS. The current method by default in
Outlook is for each user to have a CONTACTS tab which is PERSONAL. This is no
good as it creates multiple and disparate data sets within the company.
Please advise how the MASTER CONTACTS data that I have created and set up in
Public Folders can be made to default as each users CONTACT list without them
having to make multiple clicks to get to a public folder/all folders/ etc
etc. Once we have the ONE data set, we can then look to have on line syncs.
Can't believe this is a ONE OFF requirement, surely this methodology is
preferable. Also is there anyway of doing a alpha search of the CONTACTS list
when viewing by Company - ie I selct to view contacts in company sequence but
then have to scroll through all the company's to get to the one required???
