I am not sure if this came from the same thread but it seemed to apply to
the same topic. I am running Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2002 client on the
workstation. I have shared one users contacts with another and followed
your instructions however I am confused. The goal hear is to have (Account
A) share it's contacts with (Account B) so that (Account B) can create
distributions lists and or emails with both resources. However after
selecting TO: or Add Members, to an (Account B)contact/Distribution list;
the dropdown menu which contains my own contacts for (Account A) and the GAL
do not list the contacts from (account A). I have already checked to see if
the properties have a check mark in "show this folder as a contact from
(Account B)"on the OAW Properties tab. I can see the address books in my
folder list but no luck when going to TO: on an email or member add to a
distribution list. The client is setup to see both accounts in the folder
list with owner permissions granted to (Account A). How do I make the
contacts in (Account A) visible in the dropdown of contacts in (Account B).
Thanks in advance!

As best as I can tell, I have done what you have suggested. What I am not
understanding is that I can get to all his contacts and subfolders from my
mailbox, but they are not coming up in my address book list.
For instance, my outlook opens and in addition to MY mailbox, "Boss"
mailbox is in the folder list. Boss' contacts and subfolders are listed
under his mailbox. I can edit contacts, etc, but cannot see them in MY
address book, so cannot select members from the contacts for a distribution
list. I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003.
