Shared Comp Toolkit Problems

I have successfully installed UPHClean-Setup, however when attempting to
install Shared_Computer_Toolkit_ENU.msi I receive an error saying that the
install was interupted and I cannot install. I am running NTFS w/ SP2 and am
logged in as Administrator on XP Home Ed. w/ validation.

Can someone direct me to the appropriate forum to get help with this?
