How can I ensure that everyone in the company shares their calendar -
Default - Reviewer - as it is set to NONE by default. The users all use
Outlook 2003 on a 2003 Exchange Server. Is there a policy I can set
somewhere ? , or do I have to email everyone and tell them how to share
there calendars ?

YOu can set this in active directory if I am not mistaken. Or Exchange
System Manager.

After furious head scratching, Paul asked:

You'd use those tools to share the entire mailbox. Tools to help set permissions on single folders are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.htm#tools

Sue,

I am very interested in SetPerm, as described on Slipstick.com's "Managing
Exchange Server Permissions" page. Do you know if the tool is compatible
with Exchange 2003 SP2 Enterprise? Has it worked well for you?

Thanks for any advice,
Bob
