Our office wants to use a shared calendar to show vacations and birthdays. I
created the calendar and am sharing it, but when it is viewed on other
computers, there are start and end dates that are different, and it keeps
listing times. When I change it on the other computers,it fixes it there,
but then mine is wrong

Are you all in the same time zone - same office?

Also if you are using an Exchange Server then I would recommend using a
Public Folder - calendar for this.

Regards

We are all in the same building on the same server. I don't know what an
"Exchange Server" is exactly, but everyone can access each other's one
calendar.

How would I set up a public folder calendar to do this?

Thanks for your help

You might not have access to create items in the Public Folders.

Try to goto the public folders, and right click, to create a New Calendar,
if you are able to do this, then everyone should automatically have access to
change the calendar and add/remove items from it.

If you cannot create a new calendar, then try asking the IT guys to make it
for you and allow you to add (modify) the calendar and also to add anyone you
would like to change items in the calendar to be allowed to do so.

Hope it helps,
Jon
