shared calendar

im using exchange 2003 sp2
i am wondering how to set up a shared calendar.
there are several posts telling you have to make one in the public folder
but is that on the server or in my own mailbox?

can i make it that just several users can use it?

Both are on the server. A folder in the Public Folders hierarchy would be easier to manage and connect to if your clients are using Outlook 2003 or earlier.
