Shared Calendar Reminders

I have out look 2007 and 2003 users and I am trying to share my calendar with
10 other people and have my reminders remind them as well at the exact same
time. When I attempt to share it, they could connect successfully and see my
events, but when it comes to the reminders; it will remind only me on my
computer (creator of the events) but will not remind the others. Does anyone
have any ideas? Thanks.
 
Everyone will need reminder manager from slovaktech.com. alternately, you
could send everyone emails when the reminder fires or send meeting requests
with a reminder enabled.
