I have a small office, peer2peer, is there a way out of the box with outlook
to share a calander between 2-3 users if Exchange isn't present?
What about a shared contacts folder amoung 5-10 users?
Some one mentioned that the shared calender can now be accomplished natively
in Outlook.

Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Take a look here, it may help:

What a great article! Thanks, Oliver. This should be required reading on the
subject of shared calendars, especially for small workgroups where Exchange
is overkill.

Is anyone here using the first method described in the article: publishing
free/busy information to a web site? Although I like the concept, isn't
exposing one's calendar to a publicly-accessible resource like a web site a
security risk? Also, is there anyway to extend the amount of data published
to more than just the next two weeks, as the article suggests is the norm?
