Shared Calendar on one PC under XP Pro

Here's my environment:
Laptop running XP PRO and Office XP with Outlook 2002. (no, I will not
buy/use Exchange)
Two users, one for personal and one for business with fast user switching
between the two.

My need:
To share one calendar between the two users so that I won't book a personal
appointment over a business appointment and vice versa.

Your solution: ???
