Shared Calendar Off by one hour

A user has given another user the editor permission to his calendar.
However, when that user open the shared calendar, the appointment time
are off. Anyone know why and how to fix this? Thank you
 
MAke sure that both users have the setting for "adjust for dayligh
savings", which can be found under Tools\options\calendar options
