Shared Calendar not displaying name in side-by-side view

Hello,
I am just wondering if anyone has come across this problem.
Problem:
All are using Outlook 2003. The MD and GM's Calendar are shared so that the
receptionist could plan their daily appointents. However, when she open the
GM and the MD shared calendar, she can only see the name of the MD but not
the GM when viewing them on a side-by-side view.
Both allocate the same permission for the receptionist - Editor
Also, when finish viewing the calendar, the GM's Calendar does not stay on
the list ( which is on the left hand side of the screen )
Does anyone knows why this happen?

The receptionist open their calendar via Outlook 2003 by clicking the
Calendar Icon.
